I'm not quite sure what that means, except that I used to do it for free for friends and now I'm charging for it for strangers.

I'm a digital photographer in and around the San Francisco/East Bay Area—weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, business events, quinceañeras, bar mitzvahs, showers, holiday parties, performances, publicity, portraits… you get the picture! I’ve been interested in photography since my college days at Berkeley, where I graduated to shooting friends' weddings; and have been doing weddings a

nd parties and other events professionally for over 10 years now. However, the quality and care are the same. I treat every event as if it was my best friend's wedding. I guess that's what one could call the personal touch, and I reckon that's what I provide. I make no pretenses; I'm not the best, nor the cheapest. However, for those wanting decent pictures at an affordable price, I fit the bill. I'm not artistically or technically brilliant, or particularly unique; but I do pride myself in having the timing and instinct to capture those “special moments;” a kiss from Grandma, a tear from a proud father, the laughter of a child. And, at least for me, that's what it's all about.
