Vow Renewal Part I:

This past Sunday our closest friends and family gathered together to welcome, celebrate and pray us into our 10th Year of Marriage. Included were those who prayed for us when we had no idea how to move forward, those who counseled us and who supported us during the most uncertain of times and the best of times. I am by no means a flashy person. I never have been. I wanted a warm, elegant and sweet space to house the many prayers and best wishes that were to come our way. I want to thank my amazing team who aren't just the best event managers like EVER, but they couple as my Best Friends and my Accountability Partners. Tayla Gilreath & Shay R. Carter THANK YOU😘😘😘 🙌🏾

To say that God has been faithful is an understatement 🙌🏽. I am pleased, humbled and grateful to announce that we have officially launched our brand new website and we invite you all to go and check it out! I want to give a HUGE shout out to Keziah Bollinger Felak of Bek Designs who SO patiently walked me through this entire process and gave me the tools and confidence I needed to stay true to my brand. I'm blown away by the growth of Simplicity and I'm excited to see where my Heavenly Father takes us! Happy New Year from the Simplicity Crew! I love each and every one of yall😘

This past weekend was definitely one for the books as we got to celebrate the sweet nuptials of Brittany and Morrico! These two are the definition of what it means to marry your best friend. Their families and friends came and poured out a copious amount of love, support and excitement and it was the most heartwarming thing to see. Its always an honor to be included in someone else's love story and this event was no different. Brittany was a one of kind Bride that knew exactly what she wanted and paper flowers was it! Thank you to both Brittany and Morrico for letting us shared this day with you! May God strengthen and bless your union! As always, THANK YOU to my AMAZING team for coming through and making this day an amazing one!

The honor it has been to serve my clients in the best of times and the honor it is to serve when times are a bit uncertain and less than joyous. I don't take any event lightly, especially those surrounding the loss of a loved one. This past weekend I was blessed with the opportunity to assist a sweet family with celebrating the life of Mr. Jason Prescott. Their love for each other was evident and the support astounding. Thank you for trusting Simplicity with such a sacred time in your life. May God bless and keep you all. 😘

Kicking off Simplicity's wedding season are The Freemans! To see them together is to love them! Artavia Major is bold, funny and the life of the party, while Patrick is calm and reserved with a sense of humor that will knock you over! Their love and respect for each other is by far the best thing about them and it was our absolute pleasure to walk with them through this season toward holy matrimony. Anybody that knows me knows that I LOVES me a good blush wedding! Simple and elegant is what we were asked to do and I think we delivered just that. This intimate ceremony and reception was filled with all of their favorite people rooting them on and supporting their love. We were inspired by all of the love and positive vibes felt on that day. Artavia and Patrick......thank you for letting us be a part of your love story. We certainly won't ever forget it. 🥰💞🥰

Hello Seventy-Five! If you had saw this guy on the dance floor you wouldn't have even known it! It was a fun night filled with the rhythmic sounds of the Latin Caravan, amazing food and loads of love! Everyone gathered from near and far to celebrate this Mighty Man's graceful entrance into Chapter 75. It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of such a blessed milestone! Happy Birthday Uncle Keith! I had the AMAZING privilege of planning and executing my mom's 50th birthday bash this past weekend and we had a good time! She had a blast being celebrated and surrounded by all of her family and friends who all came from near and far to help her celebrate! Today is her actual birthday and I just wanna say to the lady that makes my hair stand up and keeps me wanting a therapist.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! I love you and Fifty is the New F Word Girl!

When I am not planning events or creating paper flower arrangements, I am floating back to my first love......organizing! This past weekend I had the amazing opportunity to organize a brand new closet system install. My client shares a love of all things fine and glamorous, but had an issue with making it all work in one space. After she purged some of the things she no longer needed, I was able to come in and work my magic! It was amazing experience and it is now her favorite part of the house!

She puts the SWEET in Sweet 16! I got to do this really cool TikTok table set up and balloon garland arrangement a few weeks ago for a special girl named Taylor. There is nothing like being surrounded by your family and friends while you hit a sweet milestone like this! Happy 16th Birthday Taylor and I pray your day was amazing! 😂

Oh Babies!!! When your clients become like family it brings an amazing sense of creativity and excitement! We got to do a REALLY sweet Boho Chic Baby Shower to celebrate the arrival of Ameer & Dyne's Twin Girls at their family home. We married this sweet Simplicity couple a little over a year ago and now we get to watch them grow their family! It was one of the sweetest things watching their family drop in to wish them well and celebrate with them and we were happy to be in the number! Simplicity with Meagan
