The logistics of a tented wedding alone are enough to scare off even the strongest of planners. There’s a certain language spoken with tents that can make tented events WILDLY complicated in comparison to non-tented events.
There are two things to me that make all the difference while working on tented weddings. It takes a lot of planning, a lot of patience, and a LOT of time.
Our production timeline for this wedding started the Wednesday before this couple’s Saturday ceremony. Wednesday the tent went up. Thursday we had restrooms and rentals delivered. Friday our floral team came to install the ceiling greenery on their chandeliers. Saturday the remaining crew was on-site starting at 10am! 👏🏼👏🏼
It was a 14 hour day for our team but, I’ll tell you what, the results were totally worth it! 🤩

Dear October, you never fail to disappoint. 👏🏼🎬
It’s always a marathon, never a sprint. Our team tends to usually have a double header weekend within the month…and we did. We often are tired, wired, full of liquid IVs, running off of matcha fumes, surviving on apples and cold sandwiches, pushing the limits of our empty gas tanks, and missing our partners and our beds. But damn does the month always make us so proud!! 🌟💫
Thanks for keeping us humble another year, October. Can’t wait to see what beautiful wreckage you bring to our bodies next year ✌🏼🍁🍂

Coordinate floral colors with your wedding’s overall vision and vibe. Think about the feeling you’re wanting to encapsulate. Calm and ethereal? Bold and lively? The colors you choose will help you get there!

Focus your budget on high-impact areas like bouquets and centerpieces. Combine your more expensive blooms with textural greenery or filler flowers to help reduce your total spend. Every flower doesn’t need to be an peony…unless you simply just want a room full of peonies. Then we’re totally her for that too! 🌷
