We kicked off the month by hosting a unique fundraiser for the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association with our all-inclusive winery bus tour.

Seeking an event that stood apart from their previous fundraisers, the GBBA team entrusted us with creating a memorable and fully customized day.

We collaborated with 3 Connecticut wineries to offer the Group a series of curated, exclusive experiences at each stop.

We always aim to create an atmosphere of education and discovery—one that captures the passion and craft that goes into farming & winemaking.

Did you know?

Connecticut stands as one of the wealthiest states in New England, and top 10 in the US.

Yet…

▪️Over 465,000 residents (1 in 8) struggle with hunger.
▪️More than 112,000 children (1 in 6) are food insecure.
▪️Estimated 88 million meals are needed to close this gap.

At , we have the privilege of working with talented chefs and establishments who share our commitment to supporting local farmers & makers, prioritizing nutrition, and fostering meaningful connections around food..and we don’t take that privilege lightly.

The food insecurity numbers is this state is not only heartbreaking, but impossible to ignore.

🤝 Chef and I are partnering to support the Milford Food Bank with a canned food and non-perishable item drive, starting today, Friday, Nov 8th… until we fill the boxes and then some.
🥫Donations can be dropped off at in Milford, or reach out to N&O directly to coordinate pickup.
🍽️ Additionally, we will be hosting our first collaboration dinner on November 16th to raise funds, and gather donations.

Truly grateful for the opportunity to work with at last week’s “Better For You” fundraiser in San Francisco. Honor to support Sprouts’ mission of empowering under-resourced youth through culinary education—an experience that left me inspired and deeply moved.

Meet our whiskey partner - , a Philadelphia-based line of artisanal whiskeys and rickhouse, founded by two local passionate entrepreneurs.

Four Humours is inspired by ancient doctors who believed health was about balance and purity. The distillery embodies this philosophy, using the finest ingredients, blended with precision, and aged to perfection. There’s no rush; take a seat by the barrels. Good things take time, and they’ve created the perfect space to enjoy them.

The team will be onsite at the event with and sampling their local lineup. If you can’t make it to the event, stop by their Fishtown rickhouse, where they’ve transformed an old warehouse into an intimate 39-seat replica of an American Oak barrel.
