I’m happy Joe pardoned his son! Did he lie, yes he lied but then he figured Hunter would be treated fairly. With the King of Lies, Trump and his besties taking over, Joe was smart enough to know that Hunter would be persecuted. Good move, Joe.

There's a legitimate controversy surrounding Joe Biden's pardon for Hunter Biden, but given his scandalous record, Donald Trump ought to sit this one out.

Vote accordingly.”

Here’s a different way of looking at this. The SC has made its’ decision.

So let’s encourage President Biden to act now. Test the impact and limits of the SC decision now, while Biden is the “Testor in Chief.”. We know that Trump would, and will if elected. Let’s test those limits now, forcing the results while we may have some control of the outcomes rather than accept our status as “victims in waiting.”

We can do it now, or wait until the election results arrive. I prefer the testing take place sooner rather than later; then we would have plenty of time to dismiss the election results and declare the election stolen if Biden’s unhappy with the results. Biden could create the chaos rather than waiting for Trump. If Biden wins and Trump raises hell, he could put him in jail or under house arrest.

However, a pre-emptive strike would give us more time for rational, national discourse around the importance of the Rule of Law and the constitution of the USA.

To that end, President Joe Biden should immediately suspend the Supreme Court of the USA . He should immediately then order the arrest of Justice John Roberts, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and citizen / former president Donald Trump accusing them of sedition. “Conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.” The case can be made. There’s plenty of video evidence that would support that charge. Use it!

He should then command the Justice Department to investigate what the Executive Branch deems to be an organized conspiracy on the part of members in the Republican Party to illegally ignore the rule of law by attacking the Constitution of the United States of America.
