What a day!!! Our last big project in Galesburg before our big move to Wisconsin in May!
We catered for 550 people today for the OSF Holiday Social Event. We created three 7’ grazing tables, three 7’ dessert grazes and the hot menu included roast beef sliders, ham and swiss sliders, gorgonzola stuffed mushrooms and bbq meatballs.
Thank you to my entire team (my family) for the assistance today! There’s absolutely no way I could have done it without you!

So much fun was had last night with this group at Hidden Hills Vineyard and Winery for our charcuterie wreath class! We had 17 in attendance and they did a fantastic job learning to slice and style the cheese, making salami roses and arranging their boards! Thank you to Hidden Hills for hosting!

Gather provided catering for a training event for Bridgeway this afternoon! The group of 25 enjoyed a 2 meat/3 side (herb roasted chicken, ham, cheesy potatoes and veggie medley) buffet from our hot catered menu, plus salad and rolls! We hope everyone enjoyed and we thank Bridgeway for supporting our small, local business! ❤️
What a beautiful event we were asked to cater last evening! The retirement party for 200 guests consisted of two 8’ grazing tables full of cheese 🧀, cured meats, fruits, veggies and dips, an 8’ dessert graze, as well as selections from our hot appetizer menu. These items were 2 different types of sliders, BBQ Meatballs, Pigs in a Blanket and our very popular Spinach Artichoke Dip.

Check out some of the beautiful works of art that were created today at our first Charcuterie Board class! It was a fun morning in Knoxville and a big thanks to Hidden Hills Vineyard and Winery for hosting! We can’t wait to do more this summer. Todays class was a beginner level course, which we plan to offer more of, but we will also offer intermediate level as well. We would also love to see the interest there would be for a Friday Night Date Night class! 🙂

Time off is essential and boy have we earned it!
We are officially on vacation for 2 ENTIRE WEEKS!! That doesn’t mean we won’t be available for questions, quotes or placing future orders, because the beautiful thing about technology is that travels to the East Coast along with us. 😊 But we will not be able to fill orders from now until Wednesday March 22.

What a week of catering!!!
We catered lunch for Nutrien Ag, who was hosting a training event Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at The Vault in Galesburg. Each day we hosted 80 guests and the menu consisted of the following:
Tuesday: House Salad and Rolls, Salisbury Steak and Mushrooms, Roasted Corn and Cheesy Potatoes and cookies for dessert
Wednesday: House Salad and Rolls, Herb Roasted Chicken Breast, Roasted Veggie Medley and Cheesy Potatoes and cookies for dessert
Thursday: House Salad and Rolls, Pork Loin, Buttered Green Beans and Cheesy Potatoes and cookies for dessert
It’s was a lot of fun to think outside the box for us and we truly enjoyed the challenge! If you are hosting an event and need to cater in a meal, let us know and we can send you our menus!
