The holiday season is already upon us! This winter again Valerie’s French Kitchen will be at the European Christmas Market in St Paul!
We will be offering some French classics such as French onion soup, quiche Lorraine, Christmas Cookies and Eggnogs.

Some warm and comforting aromas exuded from the kitchen these past few days as we worked on a Thanksgiving project. We baked over 200 hundred spiced pumpkin breads with walnuts & dates, inspired by . We added our own little twist with an  orange-cardamom glaze. It’s flavorful, fluffy and delicious!

different ethnic cuisines and truly enjoy learning about the culinary arts? Do you like and can you work with a flexible schedule? 
You will be working with a small team on a variety of projects which include: cocktail parties,dinners and home meal delivery services out of a commercial kitchen based in south Minneapolis.

Back to work after a 2 month break in Europe, and feeling fully recharged!
Spending time with family and friends was wonderful!
Our escapades took us to various places in France and Italy. We enjoyed the cities, small villages, landscapes and of course the culinary delights from various regions! It was hard to make a selection but here are a few highlights of our trip!
