was one of my first popups taking my personal passion of bbq and serving publicly. Sean and Andy are two of the best dudes and it's fitting to have them join me tomorrow night August 17 to close out my 3 day pop-up ! Philly I told y'all it was see ya later and not goodbye 3 years ago when we packed it up and headed south.

I am excited to introduce Two Point Oh, (Eric Daelhousen of South Philly Smokhaus)! I am super excited to start sharing the food I love with y'all again. And there's no better place to kick off my first pop-up as Two Point Oh but in the city that my obsession with bbq was born.

Aug 15, 16, and 17 the amazing folks behind are graciously allowing me to pop-up in their shop on Ridge Ave. I'll be slinging some classics and throwing down a few new treats for y'all.

I am super excited to be visiting back in Philly and to have my first pop-up under Two Point Oh in Philly, where my beloved South Philly Smokhaus blazed bright but 5 years ago just didn't work out to keep going. I cannot wait to share my love of bbq with you all again.

The handle of this 210mm chef is sculpted from stabilized spalted box elder harvested and stabilized by Believe it or not, all the colour is completely natural! The depth of the grain in this timber is simply amazing! To pull out the black spalting I used black paper micarta for the insert and polished it to the same low lustre as the rest of the handle.

The s-profile blade is 210mm x 64mm hardened to 62 Rockwell C.

Philly I love you, it's been a wild ride as Smokhaus has changed shape over the years. This is not goodbye, but see ya later. I'm heading south to the Mountains of North Georgia. Before I go, I wanted to share my passion with you all one last time on Sunday April 25th 3pm-6pm. I have been honored to be able to meet so many incredible people along this bbq journey. I can't begin to thank enough all of the people that have believed in me, encouraged me, supported me, laughed with me and cried with me throughout the chaos that is the food industry.
