We don't want to brag but....today a skeptical New Orleanian came to Righteous Kitchen to sample the jambalaya. After a whole lot of yummy noises and an OH YEAH! she ordered a big bowl of shrimp jambalaya and was on her way.

So far this summer the 12 oz. Chicken Club Salad (available at RK Lombard) and the Chicken Club Salad Croissant (available at RK Chicago) are one of the fastest selling and most requested menu items at BOTH Righteous Kitchen locations!
