P.S. Contrary to what my nerves blurted out live on air, our rice is not carb-free. Wouldn't that be nice?!?! It is gluten-free though. 😉

We'll have much more besides jambalaya tomorrow too and for the rest of this week. Then our full menu + January specials will start next week when we're all back in full force!
