There’s still time to apply for the two $2,500 scholarships that JCALPRO is offering. The deadline is Aug. 31.

The scholarships are open to Boston resident high school seniors from the Class of 2022 who are going into their freshman year of college this fall and will be majoring in the liberal arts or sciences.

The winners will be announced at the 22nd South Boston Street Fest on Saturday, Sept. 17.
