All set and ready to fry the tacos for the annual Sacred Heart School Mexican supper! This is our 3rd year helping out, and we love helping keep this great fundraiser rolling along. Countless volunteers have been working hard to cook the filling, stuff the flour tortillas and pin them together. We will fry over 3500 tacos this evening and send them back in to be dressed and served along side a whole mess of delicious sides and deserts.
Thank you to all who have donated their time and resources to make this happen year after year.

For those customers with a longer than our normal wait time at lunch today, we sincerely apologize.

We were cooking and having an inspection at the same time. Thankfully the inspector was pleasant and instructive, which caused it to take longer to get our orders out.
