For those customers with a longer than our normal wait time at lunch today, we sincerely apologize.

We were cooking and having an inspection at the same time. Thankfully the inspector was pleasant and instructive, which caused it to take longer to get our orders out.

Due to equipment issues, we have had to order a new regulator for the trailer. We are not sure when it will arrive. Closed for now, will post once fixed and able to reopen.
