We were so happy to be able to help Lindsay Aras plan an incredible birthday dinner party for Joe! In a little under a week and a half, while on vacation in Florida, because of the amazing team of vendors we were able to pull this off.

From the martini bar, to the vintage limoncello mixer favors, to the stunning brass bullet place holders - Lindsay was sure to leave no stone unturned with this party!

I’ve been terrible with posting how business is going, but I cannot believe how blessed I was in March!

-4 days of events with Beaumont Mural Festival🎨
-2 beautiful weddings + rehearsals💒
-1 extravagant dinner party🍽️
-1 vendor market that unfortunately we had to cancel due to weather concerns🍀
-And to top it all off… I got to help with one of my very best friend’s engagements💍

I am DYING to show pictures from everything. From the beautiful decor, to the sweet clients, to the talented vendors - so, so much fun!

In midst of it all, we somehow squeezed in our baby girl’s first plane ride to visit my brothers with our family at spring training in Florida!

I had so much fun with my market vendors at Beaumont Mural Festival, I decided to keep the party going!

We’ll be helping host vendor markets, mostly on Sundays to allow time for weddings on Fridays and Saturdays, and we are building our vendor list!

Being able to coordinate for Beaumont Mural Festival was an absolute honor. The founders of this event truly brought something incredible to Beaumont, and all of SETX, three years ago and being trusted to join the party is something I’m so grateful for. Let’s start this series off with everyone’s favorite question!

Costs can vary based on so many factors. Overall, your cost is driven by guest count. consider this… every 8-10 guests (which could be just 1 additional family + plus ones) means another linen, centerpiece, 8-10 place settings, catering, bar services, chair rentals, napkin rentals, menus/stationary, save the dates, invitations, postage - which all lead to needing a bigger venue with more square footage.

Average vendor costs are basically the same thing. How many years of experience, hours of service, cost of actual product (food, rentals, etc.), education, quality of service, demand, location… the list is never ending.

So unfortunately, it’s hard to estimate an “average” cost without knowing details. However, a beautiful celebration is attainable at any budget! Just gotta have the right planner showing you how to allocate your budget in the most meaningful and impactful way to make the magic happen!😉
