Courtney Bonin you will absolutely never know how much these kind words mean to us. In a service-based industry, we don’t have a tangible product. We ARE the product. And reviews like this literally make our world go round.

I’m probably biased, but after 10 years somehow we find the most PRECIOUS brides to work with and trust us with their big day. My heart is so full🩷

I can’t put into words how much my clients mean to me. My eyes are literally tearing up as I type this😭 However…

Lately I’ve had to turn a few sweet clients away due to already being booked on their dates. And it’s breaking my heart! I’m so conflicted on how to handle this. So while contemplating expanding, I need your input!

If you booked L.A. Harrell Weddings & Events but I personally was already booked that day, would you feel comfortable with another lead planner taking care of you? Would you want me to handle everything up to the day of, and then have a day of coordinator on site? Would you rather only book my business if it were me personally you’d be working with?

My business is nothing without client experience being 10/10 and I fully intend to do whatever it takes to keep that top priority. Now hit me with all your thoughts, comments, questions, concerns, remarks! I love you all and can’t thank you enough for making this all possible✨🎀
