Meg & Tommy got married last weekend on Gibson Island! Meg’s vision was bold, colorful, fun, and done with purpose. The vendor team knocked it out of the park with bringing it to life! Meg & Tommy share a down-to-earth kind of love. From the moment they saw each other and through the end of the night, they remained close to one another, connecting with their guests TOGETHER. They enjoyed cocktail hour and mingled with guests, invited everyone to join them on the dance floor as they opened it, and were fully immersed in being present with their loved ones. The vibes were good. So, so good. And the energy carried on through the vendors. We had fun together while working, and that’s how it’s supposed to be.

Thank you Meg & Tommy for choosing me to help. And trusting me with the ex*****on of your es**rt wall (yup - I cut all of the names Meg designed with my laser cutting machine). I will miss our calls and meetings. Congratulations on this next chapter 💕

I want to thank CJ at Courtney Jeanne Price for this. We’ve been working together for months on this much needed upgrade. She has invested so much of her time and shared so much of her knowledge. I’m forever grateful for her expertise and patience as we worked together to create a website that is custom to ME.

Bree & Chris - a bride and groom who now are friends who I say “I love you to” and mean it.

They are SO much fun and even more kind. I could talk to them about anything and everything. They gave me creative freedom. They told me to do whatever I wanted to do. They trusted me. I made their invitations and all of their signage. I handpicked vendors for them. I guided them and I listened to their feedback. We were a team, and you cannot succeed in this industry without teamwork and collaboration.

Three things I want to point out:
1. Her bouquet. I mean, seriously? My jaw dropped the second I saw it.
2. The smiles. They love each other hard and aren’t afraid to show it.
3. Bree in the last picture. She was a DANCING QUEEN. True story - everyone kept saying she loves to dance, including the groom, and I had this feeling I wouldn’t be able to get her off the dance floor for pictures. So I moved the timeline around so I didn’t have to pull her away from doing what she was born to do….have fun.

I love you Bree and Chris. Thank you for choosing me to help 💕

Behind the Scenes! I don’t get much of these shots. Thanks .co for capturing me at work.

I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again! Repurpose. I told Jenny and her mom I’d repurpose their arch florals to the reception space.

When do I do this? Well…it’s magic.

Just kidding. I do this during cocktail hour once I confirm all is calm and right - pictures are flowing, guests are happy, vendors are in place. And of course, AFTER the photographer is complete with portraits at the arch.

In my next life, maybe I’ll be a florist. I’m totally kidding. I’m not that talented!

Fact: I’m BIG on repurposing. I love moving ceremony decor to the reception space. Why invest money into one space for just 30-60 minutes when you can have it for hours?! During cocktail hour, you can find me hustling to find a new home for all your gorgeous pieces!
