This is your reminder that you’re allowed to ask to see a full wedding album before hiring a wedding photographer. Let’s be honest, photographers often only post the “money shots” and not necessarily all the photos from the wedding day. Seeing the full album can give you a better sense of the photographer’s overall style and approach.

It’s understandable to have doubts about whether a photographer can deliver a perfectly curated album that addresses all your needs. Photographers have different strengths, perspectives, and ways of working. Taking the time to review full wedding albums can help you decide which photographer is most capable of delivering what you’re looking for.

I know the vendor booking process can feel rushed, but please take the time to find a photographer whose work and approach you truly love. It’s worth the extra effort to ensure you end up with a wedding gallery that reflects your vision and style.

Last wedding I shot in 2024 might just be one of my top favorites. I don’t think I’ve ever felt as envious of the love I witnessed between a couple and their family. It was hard for me to drive away at the end of the night because I felt like I was missing out on the epic after-party with all my new friends. Sammi and Eric, thank you for letting me capture your amazing wedding day - it was truly a pleasure.

You have to check out the Boathouse in Prospect Park. It’s this gorgeous historic building right on the water that would be perfect for your wedding. The whole place is stunning. The best part is this dreamy terrace and balcony overlooking the lake and bridge - your photos will be incredible.

You can fit up to 150 people for dinner and dancing, and they’ve got everything covered - parking, bridal suite, security, the works. Plus you can do the ceremony inside or outside depending on the weather. It’s such a unique Brooklyn venue - way more special than a typical wedding hall.
