I have been in the bakery industry since I was a teenager and made my first wedding cake at age 16 complete with a water fountain, which launched my insatiable passion and career as a Cake Decorato

r and Baker studying under Wesley Wilton at the Wilton School of Confectionary Art outside of Chicago. I became a new store trainer for QFC/Kroeger in the Pacific Northwest, worked for Albertson's and Safeway, eventually opening my own wholesale and retail business called Cakeless in Seattle.
