I relocated across the country to California and have been blessed to thrive in a very strong marketplace where food is plentiful and so are the critics. I am happy to have found my niche in the Bay and success within the community and business platforms like Thumbtack and Business Network International. In 2017, I was nominated in Best of Oakland Magazine as a Top Five Caterer and since have been

the Executive Chef for private prestigious groups at UC Berkeley and several political and celebrity figures. I confidently state that Phiesty Food Catering is unlike any other catering service because my team is not simply dropping food off at your door. When you book Phiesty Food Catering, we will discuss the desired direction, menu and all the needs for your event. Chefs love their Daddy too! And we spoil our families just like we spoil yours. And even in the worst of times, under the craziest of circumstances, we understand the JOY that food brings to any event or situation. Never though I would be doing my "Sunday Suppers" bedside in a hospital BUT a merry heart doeth good like a medicine. Amen!?!

Flatware Fiasco- so my father while in the hospital was given a little bit of "home" to facilitate eating and make it easier both to handle the fork with his damaged hands and easier emotionally as these pieces are from his wedding set some 60 years ago.

The fork was not removed from his tray when it was return to dietary in the hospital. He was sad indeed but said, I believe it can be found.

I tried to explain the vast "needle in a haystack" that would be given this is a huge University hospital. He said I believe it will. I said Dad I will ask.

Fam, the lady brought his breakfast...I had told Dad I would investigate but I was trying to be real about the outcome.

When she brought his breakfast I asked her about the fork showing her the matching spoon...she said I saw it!
It may be here on the tray...and BINGO!

She walked into the hallway took the fork off of another tray handing me my Dad's fork and he cried like a baby.

I told her the significance of the fork through my own tears.
Of course a praise break followed; now I need a nap.
God hears the desires of our hearts. He is faithful.

P.s. Yep fork and spoon are going home immediately!
