I’ve got a kick butt idea for my Almost Famous Yummy Ski Fries.

I need you input should I do just crab seasoning or use actual crab meat on top with a white cream sauce! Please let me know what you think?

Was so fortunate to be invited and allowed to cook for a very special young lady who just turned 11 years old.

The menu was very simple with lots of smoked chicken drum legs and my getting to be “Almost Famous Yummy Ski Fries (Kids absolutely loved them) and for the adults I smoked a small Beef Brisket to perfection (moist juicy and absolutely tender)

This was Savannah’s real surprise party, she had no clue what was taking place behind the scenes

Savannah and all her guests kids and adults has fantastic time, even brought a smile to this old Polish chef’s face.

I enjoy cooking for people, I especially love cooking for the kids, how many kids get to have their very own personal chef cook for them?
