It’s hard to process everything that’s going on in LA right now. I moved here from NY almost 20 years ago and I couldn’t love it more. It is geographically desirable and beautiful. There is a rich and diverse culture. There is a sense of ambition and hustle. There is creativity and innovation. There is vibrancy all around us.
However, what stands out to me the most is the sense of community I feel living here. It is that same sense of community that will continue to get us through this. I have seen such generosity and kindness everywhere I look and it gives me hope in a time when things feel dark and uneasy.
I wanted to thank everyone who reached out to check on me and offer my support to anyone who needs it. I have resources in my highlights and will continue to show up as the weeks go by because this will be a long (but strong) recovery.
