This is the Events In The Hills Team reaching out to address circulating rumors. Following an extensive jury process, we dispatched acceptance and rejection notifications for the Hocking Hills Craft Show on March 4th. Despite our efforts to reach a contractual agreement with the Craft Show, regrettably, we were unable to finalize the arrangement and decided to part ways on March 27th amicably.

It has come to our attention that there have been misconceptions about the audience size we guaranteed vendors for our inaugural event. To clarify, we did not commit to delivering 4,000 customers, especially considering that this was our first-year event. Instead, we invested significantly in promotional activities such as billboards, Facebook advertisements, and mail flyers. The reference to 4,100 interested individuals on our Event Page may have led to misunderstandings.

Regarding logistical challenges during the event, we encountered issues with the gravel driveway unable to suppo
rt fully loaded vendor vehicles. Promptly, we devised a solution by providing wagons to transport products and vendors up the driveway and swiftly addressed the driveway's capacity with additional equipment. Subsequently, following these adjustments, both vendors and customers navigated the driveway without further incident.

Furthermore, we responded promptly to a Wi-Fi disruption on the event day and resolved the issue swiftly, ensuring a seamless experience thereafter. As a first-time event, we acknowledge the lessons learned from these challenges and are committed to continual enhancements to provide an improved experience for both patrons and vendors in the future.
Thank you.
