UPDATE: WE WERE APPROVED!!! For those who don't know the history of our catering company, our ministry-minded business spun off a formal 501c3 nonprofit called The Ivy Table about 2 years ago. We are now pursuing a brick and mortar space that will allow that ministry to grow. Please be praying over tonight's Brighton Township Planning Meeting. We would love the opportunity to turn a vacant building and eyesore into a blessing for our community and beyond.

After catering an amazing wedding this weekend at the Tandale Nature Barn, the beautiful couple asked to donate their leftover food to our nonprofit, The Ivy Table. We were thrilled to pack up over 40 beef tenderloin dinners and distribute them those in need in our area. What a very special treat!!! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a 'Heat and Eat Easter Brunch' this year like we have in the past due to repairs that will be taking place in our kitchen that week. We are, however, offering a "Spring Forward Heat and Eat Brunch" next weekend (March 9). Many of the dished being offered with that brunch will freeze and reheat beautifully if you would like to purchase now and use for Easter.

The dishes that we would recommend purchasing if you plan to freeze, thaw, and heat would be:
Ham, Asparagus, Gruyere Quiche
Candied Maple Bacon
Creamy Parmesan Potato Stackers
Stawberry Ricotta French Toast
Lemon Pound Cake

Even better- 100% of the proceeds (after food costs) from every meal will be donated to our nonprofit, The Ivy Table, to help support our ministry in Thailand. Let Whisk and Ivy help make up for that lost hour of time this year on day light savings day, with a heat and eat brunch. Each meal can be ready for your table in under 30 minutes and 100% of the proceeds will be given to The Ivy Table for thier upcoming missions trip to Thailand this May.
