MAV Event Services, the premiere event services company in the region, is seeking passionate, experienced, and seasoned professionals to join our event services team. As a MAV Event
Services team member, you will serve as event security specialists, crowd managers, traffic/parking specialists, and
customer service ambassadors for our clients. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring general public safety and report any suspicious happenings and/or negative behavior to MAV
supervisory staff.
MAV Event Services deploys staff and teams to concerts, sporting events, conventions, fairs, community events, private events, construction site asset protection, overnight security, traffic and parking details, and much more.
MAV Event Services team members must meet the following general qualifications:
Previous event security and crowd management experience a plus
Exceptional customer service, brand ambassador skills, and attention to detail
Dedication to honor, integrity, and safety
Outstanding surveillance and observation skills
Commitment to being on-time every time
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Smart phone preferred to have access to tools and resources

General position specifics:
$15 per hour and up to start DOE, paid bi-weekly (Fridays) via DIRECT DEPOSIT
Hours/Days/Shifts vary and are very flexible
Company Match Simple IRA Investment plan
Regular Raises for every 100 hours worked up to $18 per hour
Annual Incentive paid (must work minimum 300 hours 1/1/24-12/7/24 to be eligible)
We work 365 days a year 24/7. We have a variety of shifts daily and weekly.
Must wear ALL BLACK (shoes, socks, pants/shorts, undershirt). MAV will supply event shirts, coats, or vests for each detail. Professional attire ONLY.
MUST pass thorough background check and have NO FELONIES.
Position is located in Boise, Idaho and will support surrounding areas.

Requirements
Must have the following:
NO Felony Convictions or pending criminal proceedings.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Cell Phone, preferably a smart phone in order so you can use our communication and scheduling tools.
Ability to dress PROFESSIONAL in ALL BLACK attire at all times.
Physical fitness to stand, walk, roam for the entire shift assigned. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
No medical condition that would require an accommodation to preclude you from standing, walking, roaming, and performing general security and parking duties.
General technology skills to use required tools.
