Congratulations Peyton and Michael!✨

One of the special things about live painting is that you can make it almost like a collage. If something is not in my direct line of vision/perspective I can still find a way to include it. This painting is a good example of that and I’ll explain why-

Peyton wanted the frontal view of the reception space included when in real life it’s facing the opposite direction from my perspective on the hill. Swipe to see what I saw and how it turned out 👀

Also I mostly work from life instead of taking a photograph. If I was to take that photo on top of the hill there’s no way I would he able to see clearly the “P&M” sign on the water which that also wanted included.

Lastly just with artistic freedom I made sure you could see the other little lake on the left and I made up the swans because, after all, the venue is Swan Lake Overlook 🦢

Our beautiful couple Julianne and Davis have been together since the 10th grade🥹 and have known each other since elementary school! They grew up going out in the city of Columbus GA so decided to get married there at 😍 I had the pleasure of painting a live painting AND and I painted watercolor guest portraits AND I had the honor of painting their wedding cake plate 🙏🏼 Definitely a wedding I too will never forget!!!❤️
