If you’ve registered a team for the Frostbite Scramble (and really, why wouldn’t you? 😉), please make sure ALL of your team members register. Once you’ve paid for the foursome, there’s no cost for the rest of your team to register, but they MUST register to play.

Here’s How Individual Team Members Can Register:
1️⃣ Select Foursome Registration (the fee will be waived in the final step).
2️⃣ Enter your personal information.
3️⃣ Agree to the waiver.
4️⃣ Choose Join an Existing Group.
5️⃣ Select your team name.
6️⃣ Complete the remaining registration steps.

Why Are There Two Different Times? 🤔

Great question—and here’s some free advice upfront: always check the race schedule! 🗓️ Things can change last minute due to unexpected surprises like power lines falling across the road, trees blocking a path, or even a boat parked in the swim-out of a triathlon. (Yes, these have all happened!)

Now, here’s the wonky race director explanation:

The times are auto-populated by RSU. We set the race start time to 9:00 AM in RSU, but we also keep registration open slightly past the start of the race. Why? Because there’s always that one person who shows up late and if reg is closed, they can't register.

Normally, you wouldn’t see this because it’s hidden by a price increase schedule. But since there isn’t another price increase, it defaults to showing the registration closing time.

We told you this was some super wonky RD stuff. 😄
