We had an absolute blast behind the scenes and full service event planning and fundraising at the Barnyard Benefit, supporting OutPaws Rescue and helping raise much-needed funds for their animal rescue and with over 110 residents!

The event was a hit with live music, delicious vegan food, animal tours where guests learned all about each resident and how they can help, fun games for kids and adults, amazing vendors, and the unforgettable COW PLOP BINGO!

Hello my name is Melissa And I LOVE events! The colors, event design, how things flow, logistics, fundraisers, and ambience are all things I excel in! I love to see my clients visions come to life and partnering with them to reach their goals! I have been an event planner for 20+ years and have loved every minute of it! I have planned anything from in home parties, birthdays, meet and greets, summer parties, client appreciation events, weddings, banquets, car shows, large outdoor movie nights, Intercultural Fairs, to large scale festivals and all the many many wonderful fundraisers in-between. I’ve directed and organized performances including organizing lighting, sound music, show orders, photographers/videographers, costume designs, marketing, printed materials, and event branding to make a show come to life. Worked in the corporate and non profit worlds as both an Event planner and Event Coordinator, Manager, Chief Operating Officer, personal assistant and Administration director. All the while working my hobby, you guessed it!, Event planning, on the side. I officially decided to step out and start my own company in 2018 and it has been such an amazing opportunity! And you guys… I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT! Over time I have come to favor non-profits and helping each one see where they might be leaving money on the table and to create strategic plans that make their fundraisers more successful! An event or fundraiser without strategic planning, is in my opinion, a waste or your time and resources. I am different than your average event planner because I am not here to take over your business event or fundraiser! I consider myself a partner with you and your business. We collaborate ideas and then I execute and bring them to life. Helping you eliminate the stress in your life, giving you MORE time to do the important things and making you look like the ALL-STAR!!!. Plus, I have expanded and now have a team of people I work with to help bring the top of the line professionalism to your door. I do not believe in one size fits all method for events and will work hard to create a plan that works specifically for your organization. From paddle raises and event design to never done an event or already established, I am your one stop shop to event success!
