Work with a small, women owned & operated company at Runaway Bridal! We are hiring a motivated & dedicated Part-Time Bridal Consultant to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will help brides feel beautiful, empowered, and comfortable while helping them find the one. We offer completely private and personalized appointments, with only one bride in our studio at a time.

Create an encouraging, fun, and welcoming environment for our brides and help them say yes to their dress! We are an inclusive company and love working with all brides and couples. Weekends and weeknights required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Works great with both intimate situations and large groups
- Willing to take feedback from brides and managers
- Ability to discuss options with bride and be able to provide recommendations and guidance based on their feedback
- Passion for making people feel comfortable and understanding the vulnerabilities of wedding dress shopping
- Works well in a small business and is willing to take on miscellaneous responsibilities when necessary
- Must be at least 21
- Must be able to work weekends and nights

She made it her own by adding a blush liner to make the lace pop more. We had so much fun brainstorming ideas with her during her appointment!

Walking away from the holiday weekend feeling festive AF..

Erika came to us looking for a custom red wedding dress for her wedding. She had looked for a long time and could not find anyone able to create a custom red wedding dress, especially on her tight timeline! Thankfully our amazing designer Andria Bird created her a STUNNING custom red wedding dress that fit her beautifully and was exactly what she was looking for. We love helping our brides find their dream dress, especially when it’s something fun/different.

Her wedding was back in March, but we couldn’t resist posting this gorgeousness during the holiday season!

Not only did Lydia trust us to complete her full look with a veil and jewelry through us, but she trusted us to create a custom wedding gown with her that she looked stunning in!

We were so sad to see her go after she picked her dress up 😢 The most beautiful soul in the most beautiful dress!
