One of the best things about being a face painter is the constant call to be creative! When the cool kids come to check out the face painting, but say “There’s probably nothing I’d like…” I say, “Well, what kind of stuff do you like?”

And that’s how I painted a small herd of Cyborg Easter Bunnies today. They were so excited that we’d come up with something new! They suggested I add it to “the book.”

I immediately put the photo through the Procreate process when I got home and was able to fully realize our creation. I hope they see this post and like what I’ve done with our experiment!

Thanks to these two (who were kind enough to stick around for a photo) and a few of their best buds, I’ll be adding the Animatronic Easter Bunny to my holiday repertoire!

Here’s the first smiling face to get a painting at Scottdale Fall Festival this season. This was her first ever face painting and my first ever request for Oogie Boogie. We were both pretty happy with the results. What a perfect start to a great weekend!
