Had a big day down at the trash truck rodeo in Kissimmee,FL! It was a two ring event and I spent a good bit of time at the heavy equipment obstacle course (hence the excavator and bull dozers)!

Photos from the Big Balloon Build in Vincennes this spring! Although I wasn’t a part of it, it was energizing to see all the talent that went into this build. Talk about inspiration! The admission charge was a can of donated food, which really added up in the end and was a big help to the community.

My Story

Welcome to the Polka Pop Balloon Stop! My name is Josie Beach and I specialize in balloon art and accordion music entertainment for parties, festivals, singing telegrams, and special occasions putting my God-given talents and creativity to use making other people happy!

I have loved music my entire life and I was lucky enough to begin piano lessons at the age of 4 and grow up in a family that loves to play music with me. I now teach piano lessons to local students in Crawfordsville and Lafayette!

I picked up the accordion at the age of 12 when my grandparents had no piano for me to play my piano Christmas music on. I sat on the couch with the bellows across my lap and strapped my feet to the bass with the piano end in my lap. My uncle helped me out and strapped the accordion on the right way and I went from there! I now take lessons from the amazing Betty Jo Simon and have had the privilege of performing in national competitions with ATG (accordion teacher’s guild) as well as entertaining the crowds at Oktoberfests, Indy Art Squared festival, and The National Sweetcorn Festival!
