Went to check out the local organic produce and some of the small business vendors today at the Waterside Place Farmer's Market, LWR @themarketlwr ! Found my girl, Paige, of @sovereignhealingco! She is very knowledgeable and trained in the ways of herbal healing, offering a selection of loose leaf teas, herbal powders, aromatherapy rollers, sprays, and balms for self and home! There is so much she can help you with, and she can even READ YOUR TONGUE!! You've got to stop by and say hi to Paige!
The dried fruit & veggies at @alldriedupsnacks were so tantalizing! We took home the "Little Bit of Spice & a Little Bit of Heat" pineapple and the "Caprese" tomato chips! I also love chicken salad, and came across @twilamaeschickensalad and scored their "Traditional Cranberry" selection! (An older gentleman waiting in line behind me let me know that I made a good choice with that one!🤩)
My Mooshi pup is very finicky with treats, and I was able to pick up some samples of doggie treats made of real meat from @treat&repeat. I was given chicken breast, beef liver, beef lung , and rabbit. I'm looking forward to finding out which may be her fave! The gentleman at the booth was very helpful and explained that the treats I have been getting Mooshi in the past from Bark Box have too many ingredients, and there may be ONE in there that turns her off...so here we are with single ingredient treats! I'll let you know how it goes!
It was a beautiful day for the farmer's market with my daughter, one of my besties, and her kids! I brought home a small haul, and I felt so good about shopping local and supporting small businesses! Maybe we'll see you there next time!🥰
