This is going to be a fun and educational conference with an exceptional dinner😉😋 It will also be our last large event catering so join us for dinner and enjoy so many amazing speakers and music!

Whew, what a week!! Four local caterings and I loved every one of them! The people I catered for are all wonderful people who we consider friends!! Thank you Fred and Jan Zimmercheid and all the staff at Ace Hardware for bringing us in over the past years to cater your Employee Appreciation Dinner!
To all the ladies with the WY Quilt Retreat, I had sooooo much fun with you over the past 3 days! Thank you for your kind words, well wishes and compliments of our food!

The Mickorys Food Trailer has a new home so we watched that drive down the hill hooked to another truck for the first time, but it went to a gentleman who is excited to get into the business and that makes me happy! I hope it will give him the same joy it did for me (even in 105 degree weather🥵)!

We have a HUGE announcement!!!! Sorry for the long post, I was hoping to make a video announcement, but every time I started, I had to restart because my emotions got the best of me, and NO ONE likes an emotional Mick!!

Cory and I have decided to make the move back to the beautiful Black Hills (still in Wyoming because it holds our hearts) but that means saying goodbye to Mickorys and many of you! This was not an easy decision and one we have pondered for years, as we have met so many amazing people, love our Church Family at Summit, our place here in Buffalo and our wonderful neighbors and friends. But it is time and we are both excited and nervous, happy and sad!!

I would like to thank everyone who helped make this business such a success, bigger than I could have ever imagined! First to Cory for supporting me in this adventure, the Mickorys Staff who is and always will be the best in the business and continue to be great friends of mine: Kassie Bales Camino Belinda Chesbro Sandy Rauch Claude Rauch, and all of the high schoolers that helped me along the way!!

To the thousands of customers over the years whether it was catering or at our food trailer, it has been such a pleasure getting to know all of you and I thank you for your support and compliments of our delicious food and excellent service! It is an experience that I will cherish forever and be so proud of what we accomplished and blessed to have the opportunity to do what I love and meet so many great people along the way!

If you have already booked with Mickorys, don't worry, I have you on the calendar and will be there to offer great service and food to your upcoming events up into May!!

I will be selling many of the catering items I have along with our food trailer so watch for those items! If you are interested, please let me know!

Mickorys is once again pairing with our favorite auction team Brannian Auction LLC for a full weekend Saturday at the Fairgrounds and Sunday in Story, check out their website for all the details!
We will have our regular menu plus new Crispy Southwest Chicken Wrap, burgers and brats with caramelized onions!
Serving breakfast starting at 8 am on Saturday, Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches, Jalapeno Sausage Hashbrown Bake, numerous baked goods and homemade desserts!

Dessert is on the menu for the Brannian Auction LLC tonight starting at 5:15! With an abundance of rhubarb I couldn't resist making these Rhubabrb Custard Bars topped with a homemade Whipoed Topping! "Supplies" limited so get your rhubarb loving rear to the fairgrounds and join us for supper and dessert (we also have our ice cream sandwiches, red Velvet and monster)!

Parade and Rodeo time!! Mickorys will be open today from 9-2 and then we will be getting ready for the Buyers Dinner! We are so thankful to be a part of this tradition and encourage everyone to support all the young ladies and gentlemen that have worked so hard over the past year to get where they are today!! Its LIVESTOCK SALE Time so contribute however you can!!

We.will be open from.7am until the rodeo is over on SUNDAY! Starting with Breakfast Burritos!!

Mickorys will be closing at 2pm today to prepare for a catering on Friday and we are partnering with Peter John and Kirby Camino for the Buyers Dinner on Saturday so much work to do in preparing for 250 people! Mickorys is proud to be a part of this very important event and giving back to the people who support the Livestock Sale!

Good morning Johnson County Fair 2021! How about that rain last night? The fair never disappoints when it comes to blessing us with rain!
Mickorys will be serving up breakfast again this morning starting at 8! Hot Chai, Coffee, Cinnamon Rills and the Jalapeno Sausage Bake that was so popular yesterday 😋

Oh my, what a week! A week.of firsts as I ran the food trailer by myself, hooked up the generator and backed up the trailer on my own with a help from a friendly fella from UW! You would think after this many years I would have mastered this but I am a chicken liver...until now!!

A huge shout out to the Mickorys Crew first and foremost for the AMAZING job they do; we work under an intense amount of pressure at times and this crew keeps it together...most of the time 😄 (try cooking 80 lbs a pork tenderloin along with all the extras that go with it)) while 150 people are waiting to be fed☺! 4 events this past week serving around 400 ppl! We do it from scratch, we do it with class and we do it loving what we do and the time we get to spend with each other AND our guests! Thanks to the University of Wyoming, Brannian Auction LLC , The Gish Family and Andrew Borgialli for allowing Mickorys to cater your events! You ARE the reason we are here!!🤗

A day that started with lunch and a much deserved cocktail with my amazing work partner and mom Sandy, then a beautiful wedding we catered in the beautiful Big Horn Mountains! All in a days work, loving what we do!
Congratulations to the bride and groom (Hannah and Brandon), may our Great Lord Bless you in your union for the rest of your life!

Catering lunch today for a family who lost a very special person this year. Not only do I want my food to taste good, I want you to feel good and know how special you are when you come.through the line, meet our crew and eat our food!! It's not just about food, it's about people connecting through food, its about showing love and kindness to people we may have never met before yet leaving feeling like we gained a few new people in our lives!
THAT is why I do what I do! I LOVE LOVE people AND I love food!

It's been a busy and fun few days for the crew here at Mickorys starting off with a Wedding for a beautiful couple to Graduation Parties to an Interview Dinner for JCHC!
Not only do we get the opportunity to cater great food with the best service staff out there , we also get to meet some of the greatest people! It's a WIN WIN!!
