Picture this: 2002, one week before my wedding, and my photographer pulls a disappearing act. Total bridezilla moment! 👰‍♀️🔥 But that disaster ignited a passion: to create stress-free weddings for others. And so, One Fine Day Events was born!

Fast forward 22 years, and I’m still head over heels for all things wedding. But now, I’ve got an amazing team of coordinators backing me up and a shiny badge from The Knot’s Best of Weddings Hall of Fame (like, the Oscars of weddings – only the top 1% get in!). 🏆

But here’s the real deal:

✨Calm in the chaos: Runaway brides? Surprise thunderstorms? Been there, handled that.

✨Budgeting BFF: I’m a “velvet hammer” negotiator who knows how to stretch a dollar.

Rain or Shine, Love Prevails: A Lesson from Miss Taylor’s Wedding ✨

Can’t wait to share the professional photos from this magical weekend at Chicago Botanic Garden Weddings but this story is too good to wait!

This wasn’t just about the stunning venue or the flawless details (though Taylor did have some very specific font preferences, wink wink!). It was about a love story that defied the weather (and yes, it rained!).

For 9 months, I worked with Miss Taylor, witnessing her quick wit, her kindness, and her unwavering vision. She trusted me completely, allowing me to translate her dream into reality. But when rain threatened to steal the show, Taylor and her bridal party did something truly special.✨

They embraced the moment. Together, they walked down the very long path and proceeded down the aisle with no umbrellas in the misting rain, creating a scene straight out of a fairytale. It was a powerful reminder that true love isn’t about sunshine and rainbows. It’s about finding beauty in every moment, adapting to life’s little storms, and thriving together, as a team.
