Meet the Horses: Rico

Rico is another one of Sylvia's incredible and very recognizable horses, often captured performing his powerful and seemingly effortless hind leg dance with Sylvia. Born in 1999, Rico is an Andalusian and Arabian cross stallion. Sylvia met him under the warning that he was very strong-minded and loved to rear, but it was love at first sight. Within three months of joining Sylvia's family, Rico was wowing crowds in her performances! In 2019, Rico was honored to become a Breyer horse.

Meet the Horses: Trueno

Meet TB Trueno! One of the most recognizable horses at the Liberté theater, TB Trueno captivates audiences with his incredible presence, high school dressage moves, and, of course, his stunning mane. Trueno, a Pura Raza Española (commonly known as an Andalusian), was born on August 15, 1999, in Spain. He was imported by close friends of Sylvia's, who began his training in high school dressage. After some time, Trueno joined Sylvia and has since wowed crowds across the country with countless performances. He even became immortalized as a Breyer Winterfest model in 2024!

We are beyond excited to announce that Griffin Wulf, a multidimensional movement artist, is our our new Principal Dancer for Sylvia Zerbini's captivating show, Liberté .

Griffin is not just a dancer; she's a shape-shifting creature of playful ingenuity, bringing to the stage an honesty and incandescence that captivates audiences of all ages. Specializing in aerial fabric, lyra, and stilt walking, Griffin’s performances are a journey into a realm of visual poetry and expression. Her artistic dexterity invites us all to explore her world intimately. With formal training from the New England Center for Circus Arts, where she graduated from the Intensive Professional Track Program, and San Francisco Circus Center’s Clown Conservatory, Griffin has honed a versatility that knows no bounds.
