Update... we are at 199 senior citizens sponsered!! Not quite there yet so keep sharing and if you usually support our random act of kindness and haven't yet please do if you can! It’s time….Family, friends and clients that I consider friends- It’s our fifth annual Catalina Floral Design LLC and friends random act of kindness!! Adopt a senior citizen for Valentines Day this year. $10 will purchase flowers to deliver to a senior citizen. Last year we visited American House East, Beechwood Manor, Vista Springs, Westwood Inn and Catholic Charities at St. Lucy’s. If you have a local senior living residence to nominate this year after you donate put your suggestion in the comments (with contact info for ther activities coordinator or director if you have it)
Goal is 300 senior citizens. We can do it!! Love you all for spreading kindness!

Harmon Elementary will be making some cards for our Random Act of Kindness like they usually do but Linda Archibald, LMSW offered a card making Valentine workshop !!! The month of love is upon us! While Valentine's Day is typically recognized as a day to celebrate love and romance between couples, it's important to celebrate loving relationships of all kinds, whether it's love between significant others, family, friends, your local community or towards yourself. There are plenty of ways to express love, appreciation and gratitude towards your loved ones other than material gifts.

AND CREATE A VALENTINE FOR A LOCAL SENIOR CITIZEN…AND CREATE A VALENTINE FOR A LOVED ONE OR YOURSELF!
💌 Valentine Cards/Envelopes and supplies will be provided.
💌Takeaway Cards for your loved one or self can be mailed on site as well!

Valentine’s Day is all about love in all forms. No matter how you choose to spend your Valentine’s Day, remember to spread the love with your loved ones and your community – there’s no better feeling than being loved and appreciated!

If you are considering therapy this is a great opportunity to meet me,the therapist. Therapy can be a great form of SELF-LOVE.🥰
