Lots of delicious food today! A fabulous tofu, coconut rice with mango, turkey lettuce wraps with mushrooms and water chestnuts, blackened seared yellow fin, teriyaki chicken, Mediterranean chicken, a massaged kale salad, red leaf salad, a corn tomato garbanzo salad and the best gf air fried cauliflower with the most amazing sauce!!! I was sad to leave without a plate 😥🤣🤣🤣

It’s peach season and I had several ripe ones! I mixed peaches, nectarines and blueberries for a fabulous fruit crisp! It’s amazing ❤️

My business came about because of client dietary needs. Gluten free foods are made stay what I’m cooking weekly. This GF recipe caught my eye, I’d like to try this recipe sometime. Lots of ingredients I’ve never used. Let me know if you make these!

I took care of some ladies today for a baby shower. The cake was freaking phenomenal! Extraordinary Desserts never disappoints, warning though, you’ll be ruined and can never get a cake anywhere else!

Soup anyone?

It’s a foggy morning here in Vista. I’m making the stock for some delicious Tom Kha soup 🍲 🍵🧄🌿
Tom Kha is best when you can find Kaffir Lime Leaves. I’ve been working on this pot of stock for some time now. I made vegetable stock with scraps and now I’ve added chicken bones and scraps to give the stock more depth and flavor. Without a doubt making stock for soups is one of my favorite things to cook 💚 I love the whole process, saving kitchen scraps, cooking, cleaning up the stock (removing fat cap) when using animal products. Want Soup?

I made something like this tonight as an accompaniment to a grilled chicken thigh. I added ginger and red bell peppers, it was freaking delicious, I use a rice noodle that’s in the cold section.

Sweet and spicy peanut sauce rice noodles ready in less than 10 minutes making it perfect for a quick dinner or lunch recipe (vegan, gluten free & healthy).
