Reason 12,347 why having an A+ team is crucial to the success of your wedding day… This wedding was INCREDIBLE! 🤩 It was SO stunning and truly the most perfect day! What you don’t see in these photos is that there was a Hurricane threatening the panhandle this same week. The uncertainty was heavy but the team put aside their personal concerns and pulled together to ensure no matter what, this wedding would go on if it could. While our area was spared and we prayed for those to the East of us, the entire week was anything but simple.
This massive 8,000+ sq ft tent with full flooring and all of its florals and details was a 3 day setup that was done in essentially 16 hours due to rain and winds. Our tent was dropped the night before the wedding in the dark using truck headlights and the team working until 1am. The flooring team had to evacuate their small city strongly threatened by Helene but ensured all of their trucks were loaded and moved west just so they could ensure the floor was down for the big day. The floral team had 8 hours for a massive setup instead of 2 days. The photographer evacuated with family but came right back just in time. The stylist changed her flight to an airport 3 hours away to ensure she could get in. We all watched the weather and connected constantly. Our team. When things happen there is NOTHING more important than not comprising and having the BEST team for your wedding day!
I am SO truly grateful for this selfless, hardworking team and this incredible couple and their families who so gracefully handled the craziest week that ended up, well, beautifully! It will forever be one of our favorites! 🤍🙏🏼 ☀️
