Chef Patty uses the freshest and finest ingredients in the preparation of her exceptional cuisine. Chef Patty Deroian has over 10 years cooking experience working in some of New England’s best kitchens. A Culinary Institute of America graduate she has a base of classical French techniques. Following her time at the Culinary Chef Patty went on to broaden her skills working in establishments such as
Blue Ginger in Wellesley and Atria on Martha’s Vineyard. Her own style of creative wholesome American Cuisine was cultivated as the chef in Fidelity Investment’s private executive dining room. After starting a family she decided to take a step back and start her own Private Chef and Catering business. She works with each of her clients to custom design a menu to suit their tastes and needs.
