Happy almost weekend! It felt good to design today. It’s been a minute since I’ve had the opportunity. With that being said, I’m forever grateful and thankful for all my clients who have trusted in my creativity and dedication to my floral artistry over the years…it truly has meant the world to me. It’s been an honor for me to have the privilege to express your emotions through the language of flowers. Whether it was a birthday, anniversary, sympathy… weddings or large celebrations, I’ve always felt it was my duty to curate the most beautiful designs for you. Here we are, Mother’s Day weekend! For me, it’s a wonderful time to reflect on all those “ mothers” that have been in my life. Of course, Mama Rose is at the top of the list. With her feisty and enthusiastic flare, she certainly was a colorful and loving mother in her own spirited way 🦋
I wouldn’t be the person I am today without my grandmothers Nora & Alice. Each offering her own unique love and kindness with never ending support and guidance, no truer gift than a grandmother’s love 🦋
Then there are those unsuspecting women who I crossed paths with at various flower shops I worked at. I say unsuspecting because they didn’t have any warning of the nurturing, caring and patience that they would have to give this lost boy in a flower world. As I’ve grown older, it has not been lost on me how important those women were in my life…I’ll be forever grateful. And soooo many more who mothered along the way…I salute you with 🦋🪻🦋
So this Mother’s Day, take a moment to reflect on all the wonderful mothers in your life and offer up your gratitude and love for them…you wouldn’t be where you are today without them 🦋🤍🦋
