Owner Tony Vega has over 29 years in the Food & Beverage Industry. He has worked with and studied under more than two dozen chefs from North America. As an independent sub-contractor, he has catered five Kentucky Derbys', the 78th PGA Campionship at Valhalla, the 1999 Buick Open. As an industrial cook, he has prepared many of your favorites such as "YooHoo" chocolate drinks, Martha White syrups, B

aumann's BBQ sauce...just to name a few. As a "Master Batcher" (the nationwide title for the Senior Industrial Cook) he has prepared all your favorite pizzas, pastas, and salsa sauces for companies such as Pizza Hut, Domino's, Chuck E. Cheese, Maggianno's, Bearno's, Taco Bell and many more. Odds are, at some time in your life, you've eaten food prepared by Vega!!!
