Then the creative agency made the awesome graphics and mocked up the giveaways
And we pulled it all together on site!

About a week ago our team had the pleasure of being the for the 3rd annual Global Forum on Wheelchair Accessible Air Travel.

Over 130 airline employees, advocates, non-profits and supporters traveled to Cambridge, MA with the mission of making air travel more accessible for wheelchair users and we had the pleasure of planning a fun, informative and accessible 2-day conference for all.

Conference season is in full swing and we LOVED kicking it off with this special event!

W+C wanted to share a moment praying together before heading down the aisle, but wanted to see each other for the 1st time at the altar.

So our team led them to a beautiful courtyard with their eyes closed (don’t worry no one got hurt lol) to share their moment.

Even though it was a private moment we wanted to be sure they got gorgeous images out of it!

TWO WEDDING CAKES! 🎂🥮

We decided to display two wedding cakes for Asantewaa and Kenneth’s wedding. One traditional semi-naked cake from and a second Caribbean Rum cake celebrating Asantewaa’s Caribbean roots from Crown Bakery.

And the guests loved having so much sugar available for dessert 🧁
