What’s important to you is important to us.👫
W+C wanted to share a moment praying together before heading down the aisle, but wanted to see each other for the 1st time at the altar.
So our team led them to a beautiful courtyard with their eyes closed (don’t worry no one got hurt lol) to share their moment.
Even though it was a private moment we wanted to be sure they got gorgeous images out of it!

We decided to display two wedding cakes for Asantewaa and Kenneth’s wedding. One traditional semi-naked cake from and a second Caribbean Rum cake celebrating Asantewaa’s Caribbean roots from Crown Bakery.
And the guests loved having so much sugar available for dessert 🧁

🇪🇹🇺🇸One of the things we’ve been seeing more & more over the years is couples wearing their cultural attire all day, and skipping western attire on their wedding day.
Bo let us know early on that instead of wearing a traditional white wedding dress, she wanted to honor her husband to-be’s roots by wearing Ethiopian kemis (dress) and embrace the Kaba(cloak) during the ceremony and portraits.

We’re excited to see Bunmi and Kiran’s gorgeous 🇮🇳🇳🇬wedding featured in !
This wedding day featured 3 ceremonies, 2 faiths and 2 cultures all in one day - talk about logistics! The Canada wildfires also were raging around this time which affected this NJ wedding, so we implemented plan B to keep everyone safe.
There were so many moving parts but the ONE thing that shone through it all was love, which you could literally see and feel in every photo.

3 Tips for Perfect Sunset Photos on the Beach 👇🏽1️⃣ Wear the right shoes - stilettos and sand don’t go well together. Consider block heels for your time in the sand.2️⃣ Consider the season - Sunset is really late in Summer months which can make sunset photos impossible to capture unless you leave your reception for photos. But in Winter and Fall when sunset is earlier it’s much easier to get these shots before or after cocktail hour. If you’re getting married in the Caribbean, West Coast or other warm climate - Fall/Winter makes it easier to get these sunset shots without sacrificing much3️⃣ Have a solid timeline (& cooperate with said timeline ) - During L&T’s wedding, we were ahead of schedule by about 45 minutes for the majority of the day. We were at a gorgeous property and planned time to capture everything including beach photos.
