This ain’t your Great Aunt’s dry-ass Thanksgiving turkey! 24 hours in a brine bath, rubbed down, and cooked to a perfect internal temp. Skin was crispy, and the meat was beyond juicy! 🍽️🦃

Take whatever you know about cornbread, and throw it out the window. Our cornbread is one of a kind and an unsung hero on our menu. This stuff is super dense and moist! It pairs perfectly with sweet or savory toppings and does an awesome at soaking up that bbq goodness left on your plate!

We had the privilege to help out a family today by selling pulled pork dinners. A family suffered from a house fire and coworkers pulled together to raise money with the help of Porky’s BBQ. We had a great time this afternoon and glad to help folks out.
