Did you know we can also set high tables?

These are our 6 foot folding tables and chairs, we can accommodate parties of up to 60. The table scape is done exactly like the picnic tables.

A great option if you need a table or two to accommodate those who may be unable to sit down on the ground. Or forgo the picnic table and have no stress about your church luncheon, birthday party, or wedding shower.

As it’s getting closer to our busy season (although the weather this week won’t feel like it!) we are getting hit with more and more inquiries! A few things we need to know to help answer your questions…

▫️How many guests?
▫️Where will the event be?

Once we get that, then a deposit is required to hold the time slot for you! I cannot wait to plan your event and take care of all the little details.

Yesterday’s sunny skies had me dreaming of this girls day picnic. The sun streaming into the glamping tent … delicious snacks from and four gorgeous girlfriends laughing while snapped some beautiful pictures.

Here’s what I’m doing to beat the winter gloom….

Packing away the last of the picnic supplies from 2021. We will be taking a much needed break for the next few weeks and MOVING into a better place for 2022! specifically out of the enclosed trailer storage and into our new shop 🤞… anyone else incredibly excited to organize, clean and hit the ground running for the next busy season?

You’ve been asking! Yes we do offer gift vouchers, simply email us with the amount you’d like to pay and who it is for. We will invoice you and once you pay you’re all set!

We can send you a beautiful voucher to print off or you can make your own. As we have been navigating the busy season we recognize that it isn’t always in someone’s budget to purchase the entire picnic. We have reduced our minimum amount so that a voucher can be used in stocking stuffers or gift exchanges too! Only $25 minimum on gift vouchers through Christmas.

This year we are all about gifting experiences, and a luxury picnic experience sounds perfect to us.

Proposal season is upon us! Let me tell you this right now… proposing indoors where a mask is required is probably not what your girl wants in her pictures for that special day.

And if you haven’t booked a photographer for the proposal I highly suggest that you do! got all the details and emotions.

Pick somewhere special to you, maybe it’s the trailhead of that hike you did together, the park where you walk every Sunday, or the backyard of the house you invested in together.

A time lapse from Sunday shows the work that goes into setting up while we are on site, there’s all the prep work, tear down and cleaning/sanitizing as well. Then add in the cost of business, taxes, gas, flowers, and replacement goods.

With multiple rising costs we are announcing effective Jan 1 there will be a price increase for our services. This is the first time in three years that prices have increased. Thank you in advance for your understanding and appreciation for the services we provide!

Many of you have had the opportunity to get to know Rachel and her passion for , well she is ready to enjoy retirement with her husband.

So 👋 hi, my name is Jessica and I purchased Pop Up Picnic Spokane awhile ago. Rachel and I met on a collaboration and she is one of the most sincere, hardworking, sweetest person I’ve been blessed to call a friend!

Over the summer we’ve been working together to maintain the same level of service and luxury you’ve been accustomed to. Rachel may still pop in from time to time but soon she’ll be headed to Australia! I’m so excited to get to continue working with you, and to continue to grow !!

In case you were wondering … SHE SAID YES! A wonderful young man planned a picnic for his girlfriend on a weekend getaway to … I started to wonder when he asked if I could add “I love you” to the letterboard sign. Then I got even more suspicious when the friends they were walking with started to record.

When he dropped to one knee and she said yes, people around the park cheered for them. It was so sweet. Congratulations to .madden and his new fiancé!
