What's in a name? Alainn Anam is Gaelic--I loved the terminology of "beautiful soul" for the title of my photographic services, but I wanted the full title to be very different, in order to more accurately reflect my photography, while still using my own name. So, I found the Gaelic terms for "beautiful" and "soul", put them together and presto! I had a very different name. I also liked that it reflects and honors my heritage as I am of Irish decent.
