We know a lot of folks will have some different work schedules next week with the 4th of July falling into a long weekend, so Chef Scott is here to help with your barbeque needs! You worry about the meat, and Scott can take care of the sides and desserts! We know these are a departure from the regular meals, this is just a one-week departure and then back to the regular protein-focused meals! SO THAT THE MEALS ARE FRESH FOR THE 4TH - DELIVERY TO CORE WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 3RD.

Summer brings even fresher ingredients to Dot's meals! We're bringing back some Greek food this week, especially because everyone LOVED the tzatziki sauce! And that pineapple salsa with the pork is a spicy and delicious dinner. And we're changing things up for breakfast with some healthy pancakes! Order by Sunday (which is Father's Day, so feel free to order early and get it out of the way!), pick up on Tuesday! Have an awesome week!

Congratulations to those who competed in the Murph yesterday - what a great turnout! It was wonderful serving you all breakfast afterward and kicking off the Summer Season together as a Core Family.

How is everyone enjoying their meals this week? I think these were pretty spectacular!

Because Monday is a holiday and the Murph at Core, that cuts down a bit on prep time, so we're doing TWO meals instead of three next week. A hearty steak meal and a delicious breakfast option. Let Scott know your orders by Sunday at noon, or earlier if you'd like!

One more thing! For those taking part in the Murph, there will be a complimentary breakfast there provided by Dot's when you cross that finish line, and some great offers for the weekly meals!

The menu is ready to go! Changing up the entrees this week with some Asian-inspired dishes, but spicing things up with some Mexican Breakfast Tacos! Remember to have your orders in by Sunday at noon, but we are happy to take them sooner! And remember, cookie dough balls are a permanent fixture on the menu as well! Homemade protein bars coming soon to CORE Nutrition!

40 Meals went out this morning, and next week's menu is up this afternoon! Chef Scott/Dot has added some new items for you to enjoy! Chicken, Sirloin, and another inventive breakfast! Tell him what you'd like to order by Sunday, and meals will be available for pickup on Tuesday, 4/9. And remember, protein balls or cookie dough balls are always available!

Because we'll be celebrating with our family on Sunday, our usual day for ingredient shopping, we kindly request if you could place your orders by Saturday this week. One slight change moving forward, we're asking for orders to be in by noon on Sundays to ensure there's enough time to get all the ordering done to prep on Monday mornings.
