It’s that time of year again. We are cooking briskets and prime rib for pick up Christmas Day! We only have room for a few more on the grill so let us know if you would like to get one on order. Briskets are 16-18lbs and prime ribs can be made to accommodate smaller gatherings. Merry Christmas to you all and as always thank you for your support, we really appreciate it!

Hello family and friends! We will have a booth at St. Anne’s harvest fest in Lodi this weekend. We will be serving Tri Tip Sandwiches with Mac & Cheese! If you have some time stop by and grab a plate, it’s a two day event so we will be there Saturday and Sunday. Hope to see you there!

First time making beef plate ribs. Holy cow I’ve been missing out! I see why some call is brisket on a stick. Delicious, tender & melt in your mouth. Seasoned with SPG and slow smoked for 8 hours. Probably the best beef I have ever had!
