We are looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our clients. Chef's responsibilities include studying recipes and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. You should be familiar with sanitation regulations. You must have a passion for creating delicious meals and be comfortable cooking in private kitchens. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you. Clients expect you to clean the cooking area and store all kitchen equipment and utensils.

Responsibilities

Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans, and kitchen scales
Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
Cook food in a timely manner
Ensure appealing plate presentation
Monitor food stock and place orders
Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Skills

Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
Excellent time management abilities
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
Familiarity with sanitation regulations
Culinary school diploma preferred

🤯 I can’t believe it’s been over two years already since my last Cooking with Lovee: Kid’s Edition 😢

🤗 Our Date Night cooking classes were always a client favorite, but honestly these were so fun and my favorite! 🤫 I loved giving the parents a moment to relax, while still teaching life skills and math to their children and making it FUN!
