When Chef Charles hits the stage (no matter the scene) he owns it! He did a fantastic job demonstrating how to prepare Blackfolkfood Watermelon BBQ Sauce at the Alexandria Library this evening in celebration of Juneteenth. Everyone was in awe; not due to sampling the Watermelon braised Bbq chicken mac and cheese but also because of the culture and history they were able to learn and experience today..
