Well … I mean … it’s totally normal. You’ve never planned something on this grand scale before. Guys…PLEASE stop numbering your guest tables all crazy.
Unpopular opinion - table #1 should be by the main entrance doors and doesn’t HAVE to be your VIP tables.

This way guests entering the room have an idea of the flow of your tables.
If you have table #1 in the center by the dance floor just cause that’s the parents table, it causes confusion and adds time to guests finding their table.
Let’s make everyone’s lives easier!
