The last of our freight from NM arrived today. Still wrapping things up. I didn’t get to speak to everyone at the show but wanted to make sure I acknowledge some people who are important to me. Special Thanks to Deborah Smith, Corrina Hughes, & Jennifer DeSantis for all your help with the special features and social media. I was happy to provide a venue for the local artisans who like myself in the event industry did not have an opportunity to work during the pandemic shutdowns. I was appalled to hear another vendor say the artists didn’t belong and encourage them to leave. Jennifer Hobson from Jericho nursery it only took 29 years to get the plants at the front of the show!! Thank YOU. Diane Huerta from Buildology- so grateful to you and the crew who works with you for always having a great center piece for the show. To the talented Biernacki Family, Steve from Urban Earth Landscaping, Robert from WaterQuest and your lovely mother. Your kindness to my family over the years was greatly appreciated. More meals and libations than I can count have been shared with you, your family and staff. Barbara from WSA Design your eye for color and just the right plants for our décor was always perfect. Nigel Nowlin from Landmark Landscapes always willing to share your beautiful photos for my advertising. I have always had a great vendors, but all of these people have been supportive year round not just at show time for many years and I will always be appreciative of that.

I’d like to take this opportunity to let you know that the event last weekend is the last Albuquerque Home and Garden Show that Sunflower Productions will produce at Expo New Mexico.

I appreciate having had the opportunity to work in your community for the past 29 years. I have always wanted my exhibiting companies to be successful and have done my best to bring quality customers over the years.

Many factors went into making this decision several months ago, including industry changes and facility issues. This has not been an easy decision to make. This isn’t retirement for me. I truly love what I do, but it is time for me to make a change. My best to all of you who supported the event for so many years, I appreciated your business and all those who attended over the years.
