After many life experiences, both good and bad, I decided to embark on an adventure that I never thought would become a full time thing for me. Almost five years ago, we started as a weekend thing for extra income after a traumatic experience we had just lived. Never in my wildest dreams did I Imagine it would grow to be my little baby. Even after having gone back to school and earned my degrees, I still felt that creating dishes or serving my food to others was a bigger passion. Fast forward and here we are now…many ups and downs and many long days and nights, not just for me, but for my girls and those closest to me…I’m excited to share that my dream of owning a brick and mortar has finally come true. Stay tuned family and friends-¡ASí! Mexican Fusion Bistro coming soon.
