The weatherman told us to get ready for the heat, so we decided to practice with this week's special, the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich! We started with boneless/skinless chicken thighs baked in a honey and pepper agrodulce, topped with a house-made pickle slaw, and zesty herb ranch on a buttery bun served with our hand-cut potato wedges. Unlike outside, this heat is sweet!
