Chef Evan
When I retired as Chief Information Officer at Burleson ISD in 2010 and enrolled in The Culinary of Fort Worth. I had always enjoyed cooking and was looking to up my game. I ended up graduating with honors in 2011. I worked for one year at the Wildcatter Ranch and Resort in Graham as their breakfast chef. Since returning to Fort Worth I have been working as a private caterer and personal chef. I also make delicious Salted Whiskey Caramels which are a big hit around holiday time and as gifts. I have been a guest chef at the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival for the past four years in their Desserts After Dark venue. My specialties are classic steak house fare, barbecue, and I also make a really good cioppino.
